My rationale is that Giallo was a mess as much due to interference and represents the terminal decline of Argento as a talent
Mother of tears is the final chapter of a trilogy whose films I REALLY like. (Inferno would always be in a top ten films of all time for me.) So mother of tears was a bigger dissapointment.
