Does anyone else have issues with the sound on some of the 88 releases?

The ones that I have trouble with are the 'Bloodsucking Freaks' DVD, where the audio seems to be out-of-sync with the visuals and also the 'Nightmares In A Damaged Brain' blu-ray, where the sound is very quiet during the spoken dialogue, but very loud during the screams and sound effects - I had to watch it with the DVD remote in hand, constantly changing the volume levels
