I've had all of my orders come through now, the problematic one was dispatched on Monday and arrived yesterday.
I think that sometimes they use TNT instead of Royal Mail to post their parcels and that's where it ends up taking longer to arrive. HMV did that before they went into liquidation a few years ago and it would regularly take up to 10 days for parcels to arrive where it used to be next day when they used Royal Mail.
