It's an entertaining little Thanksgiving slasher and definitely worth a punt at that price.
As for the Academy titles, most if not all are worth those £7.99 price tags in my opinion.
Favourites from the Academy line include:

The Manchurian Candidate,

Miss Osbourne was in my Top 5
'new to me' watches of last year.
