A giallo fanatic or a gialli fanatic? I'm never quite sure which to use. However, if you replace the 'genre' with slashers, I suppose you would be a 'slasher fanatic', so the former would be correct. Anyway, it's much better than saying "giallos fanatic" or, as Kim Newman would put it, "yiallo"!
