Nope, the theatrical cut of Suicide Squad was NOT Ayer's version, don't listen to him, he just didn't want to sour his relationship with them. Ideally we'll be getting his version on Blu-ray, but I'm sort of expecting it to just be the botched theatrical cut instead with some extra bits, we shall see. |
I didn't see the theatrical cut of
BvS, but I can safely say that the extended version was an utter trainwreck.
A very expensive lesson on how not to tell a story.
