Lead actress Ellen Pompeo is excellent and utterly gorgeous to boot but the other cast members including Patrick Dempsey, Isaiah Washington and the usually average Katherine Heigl is also very good. The script writing is excellent and each episode mixes drama with humour with ease.

Never been I interested in Grey's Anatomy. Is it anything like House? Only medical drama I've ever really taken to.
