Having finished
Fawlty Towers, where the only downside to the picture was the occasional 'smearing' from bright lights or candles during a dark scene, I moved onto the remastered
Blackadder boxset and am currently halfway through Blackadder Goes Forth. The picture quality is the same as the Fawlty Towers set (i.e. generally very good apart from when there are bright lights or flames). The first series is easily the weakest, but still really good, with the other three cemented its place as one of Britain's finest pieces of comedy television.
