It's not like that
you pay a subscription and you get to download one book, they give you a credit point on your account so it can roll over to the next month and you'd have 2!
As you can tell I'm quite adept at Audible.co.uk I like listening to audio books when I'm on the bus, or walking around the supermarket, or out on my lunchtime stroll by the seaside
