Manhunter's with Studio Canal in the UK so highly doubtful unless they lose the rights.
As for
The Keep, Mann doesn't seem to like it much so I can't see it getting a release anytime soon - especially a 'bells and whistles' version. Plus, it's mediocre at best anyway.
It's looking increasingly like we might see an Arrow release of
