It would be nice. However despite the fact it being a really good story in my opinion, i don't think it would be as visually impressive as a Dalek or Cyberman story.
I would imagine we would be more likely to see
The Daleks' Masterplan*,
Evil of the Daleks or
The Wheel in Space.
I have no idea though, only speculating.
*Unless they are working on this now it seems unlikely this would be released any time soon as 11 episodes would need to be animated.
