Ten films where the weather is an important plot-point. As always, these are titles that I have in my collection:

1) The Wizard Of Oz - Features a tornado that whisks Dorothy and Toto away from Kansas and into the magical world of Oz
2) The Return of The Living Dead - Acid rain that re-animates the dead (and gives Linnea a memorable scene)
3 ) The Fog - Self-explanatory
4) The Rocky Horror Picture Show - If only the car hadn't broken down in the middle of a storm when Brad and Janet were travelling to visit "Dr. Everett Scott ex tutor and now friend to both of them..."
5) The Evil Dead - The ever present low-lying fog used to depict the demonic force
6) Freaks - The nightmarish ending, featuring the 'freaks' crawling and writing through the rainstorm as they seek vengeance
7) Psycho - It's a rainstorm that results in Marion Crane deciding to stay the night at the Bates motel with it's "12 rooms, 12 vacancies"
8) Titanic - Um...it's an iceberg!
9) Singin' In The Rain - The title song takes place during a downfall
10) Squirm - A rainstorm brings down the power lines, which results in flesh-eating worms!
