There are many films which have been mentioned where the weather is not unexpected, such as tornadoes in The Wizard Of Oz, an iceberg in Titanic, snow in Cold Prey or The Shining and extreme heat in The Texas Chain Saw Massacre or Tracks.

The category doesn't stipulate whether the weather is unusual or native to that area, just whether it plays a predominant factor in the film.
