could be argued that the Peter Cushing Doctor
IS a Time Lord, but he has used a device similar to the one used in the television stories 'Human Nature'/'Family Of Blood' and he simply doesn't remember what/who he is
Or maybe I just made that up!
Either way, both the '60's Doctor Who films are good fun and highly entertaining
