In that case, because it was a £1.19 item they just refunded me and said keep it, the postage would be more than the cost of the product, they didn't send me a replacement.
I order loads of DVDs from them though, that's the only time I've got the wrong thing. I'm just worried about the Stephen King set because in my order history it says Stephen King's Golden Years, although the dispatch email did say Stephen King Box Set so who knows, I'll let you all know next week when it arrives, it was £2.99 and I only ordered it for
The Stand and the rest is a bonus (The Langoliers, 1408, Golden Years and Pet Semetary).
