I bought the original one many moons ago but I have no idea where it is now - definitely lost/given to charity. It's probably worth a bit as well. I wasn't really aware of enough Fulci films back to appreciate it anyway, I feel I'll be better equipped to enjoy the book the second time around
I think I only looked at the pictures last time I owned it hah.
