Possibly, but then it could also include things like extended television episodes, such as the pilot and opening episode of season 2 of 'Twin Peaks', both of which have a run time of 90 mins instead of the usual 45, or 'Welcome To The Hellmouth'/'The Harvest' from Buffy which again are 90 mins and often played together
