The Magic Toyshop 1987

After their parents die, three siblings are sent to stay with their Uncle who owns a toyshop where everything seems to come alive.

This is one of those rare and deleted movies that has resurfaced, based on the novel by Angela Carter (the company of wolves) comes a dark story of lost childhoods to discovering things that may be real or not or just fantasy that deals with coming of age adolesence and puberty.

Tom Bell gives a great performance as uncle Phillip who believes that a piece of wood can have story to it and is also seems to have a dark side to him thats a frightning bully.

This is not a big budgeted movie, with a star cast that everyone knows the actors, but certainly worth a look at. 8out of 10.
