One I would point you to is Lionsgate's double play of THE CURSE OF FRANKENSTEIN, which a has some great extras, including bonus film FOUR SIDED TRIANGLE, as well as the pilot episode for Hammer's ill - fated Tales Of Frankenstein tv series.
And I know you're sick of hearing this, but I would recommend you get yer mitts on a blu ray player and get Indicator's Hammer box sets. Not only are the transfers of the films stunning, but the list of extras for each title is amazing. |
Thank you for the reply Mojo.
If i remember rightly aren't there framing issues with
Curse of Frankenstein? That would have been a priority but i also own
The Four Sided Triangle on dvd.
The Indicator box sets don't really interest me as i'm not as much of a fan of Hammer's thrillers as i should be. Each Indicator set only has two films i really want or feel i should upgrade. It's a pity the four aren't in one set.
Never Take Sweets From a Stranger, Cash on Demand, The Gorgon and
The Curse of the Mummy's Tomb are the one's i'd like.
Is
The Devil Rides Out only available on blu with the new CGI effects?
The dual format
To The Devil a Daughter arrived today.
