An excellent thriller for teenagers from Don Houghton (Doctor Who - The Mind of Evil). A six part series about a naval commander arrested for sinking a small boat with his frigate, as his son and two friends go about attempting to clear his name and discover a fearsome new weapon under the sea.

An well known cast including Peter Vaughan, Frederick Jaeger and Ewan Solon headline this very impressive pacy and action packed series which combines naval intrigue and sci-fi. It has superb location filming in and around the Bristol Channel and uses a lot of authentic Naval hardware culminating in a full on assault by the Marines on one of the islands in the Channel.

I intended to watch two of the six episodes just to get into the series but ended up watching it all in a single sitting.

Highly recommended.
All in one sitting to much time on your hands , get some work done
