In all seriousness though, i quite like them. They aren't good films, far from it in fact, but they have that sleaziness that runs throughout rather than individual scenes. I can't see any of them being cut nowadays. |
The only Nazisploitation films which have any artistic merit are Salò, or the 120 Days of Sodom, Salon Kitty and The Night Porter. The others are enjoyable in a sleazy way and would probably be passed uncut.
There are a couple – I can't think which is the moment – where the sexual violence would be problematic, but I guess it would be covered by an 18 certificate as it's no worse than the 2009 version of The Last House on the Left, which the MPAA and BBFC passed uncut for home viewing.
