If it is, I'm interested know whether it suffers the fate of other long form horror series which, without the constricted runtime of a film, can get a little bogged down in back story and unnecessary character development rather than focusing on atmosphere, tension, and scares.
I haven't seen any of the recent series of The Walking Dead, but that seems to suffer because it's been on for so long – compare it to one of Romero's zombie films and they are far more intense. |
Yep thats it, it's a limited event series , one season of i think 10 episodes so can't see it having problems of walking dead , it's very character driven but show gives a great sense of isolation and helplessness.
