Dude, Where's My Car? (2001)

Noticing Nosferatu had bought this yesterday i decided to dig my copy out again for what was i think a fourth watch.

The film stars Ashton Kutcher and Seann William Scott two pretty hopeless fellas, and their efforts to piece together the night before in order to find Kutcher's car.

The plot, such as it is, takes in many a ridiculous turn with the introduction of a transsexual stripper and pvc clad aliens (Both male and female) but still finds itself stretched thin even with it's slight 80 min run time.

To be honest you'll know within the first five minutes if this film is for you. It's certainly silly, but not over crude like some films of this ilk are and both Kutcher and Scott remain likable throughout. Hell, there are even one or two laugh out loud jokes, in particular when the guys discover they both have tattoos adorning their backs.

All in all i think Dude, Where's My Car? is a fun but dumb movie with the odd moment of genius.

I bet Nosferatu hates it with a vengeance.
