I only saw him twice, 1994 at Manchester Academy, tickets were £5. The Daily Mail were outraged that he was allowed to be in the country considering he "kept children in cages suspended from the ceiling"... they really said that

I saw him 18 months later at Manchester Apollo, it was the same tour but he was much more famous by then, the setlist was very similar but Apple of Sodom (from the Lost Highway soundtrack) was included, he did the bible thing again. I can't remember who the support act was, does anyone else know?
