Exactly yes, most people are pissed that Shameless didn't do quality control, but a lot of the time they license a film and don't have any control over what the digital master looks like unless they have the funds to do it themsleves, and most companies can't do that.
I've got the Blue Underground DVD and had it for years, but I've never even watched it

I like the soundtrack a lot though, one of Bruno Nicolai's best IMO.
