I've seen Thesis but can't remember a thing about it!

Agree that Fausto 5.0 deserves attention - it's not great but it is good.

Non-horror, really, but Intacto is a favourite Spanish mystery-thriller.

Point taken about US style of Open Graves...

Another one (with some horror content) that's made in Spain but not strictly a Spanish film is Goya's Ghosts (dir. Milos Forman). I think it's a very good film, whatever its nationality.
