Now both Stories come from my least favourite Seasons but... In the case of Fendahl I get the impression that they genuinely tried to make it work. The direction is good, and it had the potential to be very atmospheric. It definitely looked good given that I can remember lots of it from mid-last year.
In contrast I can barely remember anything from Ranskoor (anything good that is). It had no atmosphere and they screwed up badly with Tim Shaw. And it didn't have Tom or Louise in it...
I'm far from Fendahl's biggest fan (or Season 15) and it doesn't work anywhere near as well as it should but, I'd rather watch that 10 times in a row as opposed to Ranskoor or the one with the Pting. |
