Like so many kids films of the eighties - The Goonies, The Lost Boys - I'm looking at you here - this clearly had to be seen at the time to be truly loved because as someone in their forties watching this for the first time it really wasn't very good at all. |

I had a terrifying experience watching it for the first time at school on the day before summer holidays and every damn person in that room jumped out of their skin when the clown was under the bed
