Quite possibly. Not seen any of them myself. Given that Schindlers List is over 3 hours in length I'd argue that the few moments of colour don't alter the fact that it is primarily a b&w film. It certainly couldn't be classified as colour. It's like arguing The Lego Movie is live action. As for whether its horror. Well that's subjective.
