Managed to see Daybreakers with my Horror Society at uni and really enjoyed it. A very inventive and innovative take on the vampire genre, full of social commentary (but subtly done, unlike Romero's latest zombie films IMO). Don't let the 15 certificate fool you either - there's plenty of gore and decapitated heads.
I'll give it a 4/5
