The Happytime Murders. Split Second, Misery & Lethal Weapon The Happytime Murders
Not a Melissa McCarthy fan but she's suited for this type of film. Didn't think this film was a huge success as I thought it could have been a franchise. I swear the puppet porn scenes were some of the funniest scenes I had seen in a while. Split Second
Set in (Then) futuristic 1998 London which has been flooded due to 40 days and nights of rain, Rutger Hauer is on the trail of a serial killer that eats the hearts of it's victims. He is partnered by a straight laced detective Dick Durkin in this film which I enjoyed when it first came out but in 2020, unfortunately it's not as good. Such a shame. Misery
Kathy Bates is absolutely amazing as the nurse who rescues author James Caan from a automobile accident. Bates goes from pleasant to psychotic with the greatest of ease and is fully deserving of her Oscar. Lethal Weapon
I could watch any of these films in full anytime, they are so good. It's a shame that the TV series tarnished the Lethal Weapon name.
