Yes, they released the XXX version (single disc) with two different covers,one with original art (the one I have) and another with more explicit art, with the title of
Erotikll. Its in german only with the on screen title:
Lusternde Vampire in Spermaraush
I dont know if the 2 disc version has more than one cover.
