Smith's intro to the TV version is quite funny. Mewes never turned up for the dubbing and some random technician did his lines. I wish more blu rays included the TV version of films. I'd love to get my hands on Scarface, Lethal Weapon and The Last Boy Scout. For some reason I was expecting the TV version of Mallrats to be in 4:3 but it's in widescreen.
