Episode 1.: Prophecy.
Francesca and her friends hold a seance in the basement of her family's cafe, when the word Prophecy has the group skeptical. 5 years later the group die in tragic ways and Sophie tries to find the connection between the seance and her new partner Oliver Halkin and his son Edward.

episode 2.: Toby.
Ray and Louise Knight tragically loose their unborn son, when they move house, Louise fells she is pregnant but nobody takes her seriously and has a phantom birth. As they recover Louise feels she is being haunted by the spirit of her unborn son Toby.

Episode 3.: Mirror Man.
A social worker takes over a case of a troubled man as her predecessor died, as the worker delves more into the case little does she realise what danger she is in.
Stars: John Simm, Phyllis Logan Paul Reynolds, Mathew Scurfield.
Episde 4.: The Man Who Didn't Believe In Ghosts.
Richard, a de-bunker of the paranormal moves to Windwhistle hall with his wife and son, soon his family believe the house to be haunted and Richard sets out it's not real.

Episode 5.: Number Six.
Jack, a detective investigating the murders of five children believes he is closing in on the killer and tries to stop someone from being number six before the next full moon.
I remeber watching these when they first aired and was disappointed when only five episodes were made and there was only one season, this was when T.V. was interesting and worth watching. One or two of the stories I wasn't keen on but the twists at the end did come to a surprise with the build up, certainly worth a re-watch.
