“Friday the 13th part 5 : A New beginning”
Decent slasher film but in the true spirit of exploitation it relies too heavily on the “Friday the 13th” series for its success. I feel like the filmmakers scrimped too much on the gore and practical effects - too much stuff happens off camera! I enjoy slashers and trash movies so I enjoyed it, but I think it would be too lacking for “casual observers”. I will no doubt watch it again! [emoji38]
