Early days yet and by the time all the weeks downloads have taken effect it probably won't end up in the charts.
It's ridiculous as the album charts are as fake as the singles charts nowadays. If some one downloads or watches a song it ends up going towards a greatest hits album chart placing that's why the top 100 albums are full of them. It's not actually based on people buying an actual album either physically or digitally.
The one to take most note of is the physical sales top 100 as that is actually what people buy and i reckon Darkthrone will be top 20 in that. |
I've streamed it in its entirety about 6 times myself
Would have bought it by now but with my local HMV shutting for a few weeks I haven't managed yet.
