The Total Recall used was a brand new theatrical poster which was produced by StudioCanal when they released their newly restored and remastered version into cinemas prior to it's release on home media.
Certainly it's not as good or iconic as the original theatrical poster but it is at least a legit cinema artwork for it.
The Blade Runner you posted is from a series called Travelogues - Basically it's just a new cityscape or landscape as a slip cover over the normal blu-ray. Inside each release there's a fold out poster of the new art inside the sealed blu-ray.
Also in the series are Logan's Run, Forbidden Planet and others. I quite like the Blade Runner one and bought it last week.

I mean who's gonna buy Logan's Run and Forbidden Planet when the HMV prem discs feature original art? It's ****ing greed and craziness on the studio's part Dem.Universal are as bad.....
