I wonder why they don't play that in full and leave Senjutsu for another tour
It could be similar to the 'Legacy Of The Beast' tour - start with 6 or 7 songs [Aces High (with spitfire) / Wrathchild / Where Eagles Dare / 2 Minutes to Midnight / Powerslave / Flight Of Icarus (with flame throwers) / The Trooper / Revelations]. Then...they play the opening riff to 'Invaders' (which I don't think has ever been played live), 'Children Of The Damned' (with the walking Eddie), 'The Prisoner' (with references to the television show), 'Acacia Avenue', 'The Number Of The Beast' (with pitchfork waving devils), 'Run To The Hills', 'Gangland' (which again I don't think has ever been played live) and ending with 'Hallowed Be Thy name'. The main set would finish with the traditional closer 'Iron Maiden' (complete with another Eddie). A handful of encores - 'Fear Of The Dark', 'Sanctuary' and 'Wasted Years' the audience walks out with a great reminder of a great album |
Because this year they are committed to rescheduled dates on the Legacy of the Beast tour (or whatever it's called). They'll play plenty of Number's songs on that tour no doubt.
