Margot Robbie as Harley was the best thing DC have come up with since Pfeiffer's Catwoman. Why on earth would they swap her for Lady Gaga?
I suppose if it's like
Joker (which i haven't seen) it may be going down the 'serious' route which Robbie's Harley clearly isn't.
