Ghostkeeper. 1981.
Three friends snowmobiling become stranded and take shelter in a abandoned hotel. Inside a elderly housekeeper allows them to take shelter unaware of a dark secret within the building.
Given the financial problem during the making of this film and the director willing to carry on along with the actors, this is a decent atmospheric horror with a nice touch of isolation due to the fact the trio can't escape from a possible impending death. There isn't much gore and blood splatter in this, what seems to be like a haunted house scenario slowly drifts into a different direction with a bit of a twist.
