I have both. Tower is an enjoyable Gothic tinged psycho thriller that involves hook handed villains, The finale is outright horror.
Whilst
The Witch in the Window was magnificent slo-burn horror. I mean slow too but i thought it was lovely and atmospheric with some excellent moments of creepiness.
