- In the opening Women's Elimination Chamber Match, Asuka defeated Carmella, Raquel Rodriguez, Natalya, Liv Morgan and Nikki Cross to win a WWE Raw Women's Championship match at WrestleMania 39
The order of entry was:

- The second bout was a singles match between Brock Lesnar and Bobby Lashley, which ended with Lesnar being disqualified, and thus Lashley won. After the match, Lesnar gave an F-5 to the ref, and also one to Lashley, destroying the announcers table!
- The third event was an intergender tag-team match, where Edge and Beth Phoenix defeated The Judgment Day (Finn Balor and Rhea Ripley) [with Dominik Mysterio] by pinfall
- Next up was the Men's Elimination Chamber match for the WWE United States Championship where Austin Theory defeated Montez Ford, Bronson Reed, Johnny Gargano, Damian Priest and Seth Rollins to retain the United States championship

- The final match of the evening was a singles match for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship where Roman Reigns [with Paul Heyman] defeated Sami Zayn by pinfall to retain the title. This win weans that Reigns has been the reigning champion for 903 days!
The next PPV event in the WWE chronology is NXT: Stand And Deliver, which is due to be held on April 1. However, that is also the first night of WrestleMania 39, which takes place on April 1 and April 2 at the SoFi Stadium in Inglewood, California
