Chuck Norris plays a war veteran who heads to Hong Kong and becomes head of security at a casino. His new boss is gunned down by a rival, and goes out for revenge.
Norris hands out his own fighting skills that seem a bit predictable but certainly is a guy who can take a beating and dish out one or two. James Fargo did a decent job of adding in plenty sights of Hong Kong and made Michael Cavanagh a decent adversary for our hero. This was made before Chuck joined the Cannon movies and has that low budget tone but certainly one I enjoyed for a Saturday afternoon flick.
