I'm sure Michael Brooke can elaborate, but according to a post he made on FB:

"To forestall the inevitable question about the UK release of this title, I'll confirm here the very second that the BBFC announces its verdict. But thus far they've waved the Indicator Rollin releases through intact (including a genuinely startling decision on one of the extras for 'The Night of the Hunted' that we certainly didn't anticipate), so fingers are tightly crossed."

To which someone asked:

"If it does get cut by the BBFC (hopefully not) will the US release will be uncut?"

And Michael replied:

"My colleagues are currently working on the assumption that it won't be cut, so that's a bridge that they haven't had to cross yet."
