They'll definitely deliver value for money. That period you mention was probably AC/DC's actual worst years. Wikipedia even has a chapter on those years titled Line-up changes and commercial decline (1983–1990)

The next chapters are titled Popularity regained (1990–1999) and Popularity confirmed (1999–2008).
