It ended up being expensive for us when went see Liam, cost of fuel, overnight stay, food, parking id say roughly ?170 so yes it does become costly, me personally if I had missed out I'd just thought ah well that's life, I wouldn't have bought tickets for hydro but she wanted to see him as well and thought it was a nice idea for my birthday. Its costly when you add price of tickets and everything else.
Now if its not within short driving distance or close to a train station then I don't go, its not end of the world and plenty of other bands to go see.
