Would a film be allowed a cinema advert nowadays if it didn't carry a certification?
I guess it was a sticker job rather than a certificate on the poster itself for the premier as the film was rated 18 in 1984 for cinema release.

I think new films can play festivals without a certification but not an actual national cinema release.
