Death Race 2000
The original one which sees racers go across the U.S.A scoring points for killing people. Done in a somewhat tongue in cheek fashion, it's short but rather entertaining. Stars David Carradine, Sylvester Stallone and Martin Kove.
The Substance
Demi Moore is an aging Actress and Fitness TV Instructor who is going to be fired for being too old by TV Executive played by Dennis Quaid. After a car accident, she ends up taking a experimental drug which allows a younger self to come out of her. But as the younger self becomes a success, things get out of hand as the instructions given are ignored. Well this was rather interesting with some good performances especially from Moore. Think Society meets Basket Case.
