Second time seeing this and James Ransone and Nicholas King reprise their roles from the first, I guess they couldn't figure out what to call the deputy and is listed as Ex Deputy So & So...great creative writing there, but not so great on the plot.
We get the character build up on the family and somewhat on why she left her husband, the 8mm film reels are found and the two sons watch them summoning up children that the Boogey Man has taken. It has the dark tone atmosphere from the first one and some good acting from the young boys but just seems to lack the tension and suspense from the first one. Attachment 242708 |
I really hated the first film the jump scares just really annoyed me it felt like a member of slipknot got lost on tour and became trapped in someone's house
Maybe I missed something.
