Death Warrant. 1990.
Jean Claude plays Mountie Policeman Louis, sent undercover in a corrupt prison where prisoners and jailers are being killed off and comes face to face with serial killer Patrick Kilpatrick. I was never a fan of this one, could be i saw In Hell before i got to see this and thought the two were just about the same but re-watched it, it's good with the story line and fight scenes. Corruption does feel a bit like Lock UP in a way but Cynthia Gibbs acting is a bit wooden as the liaison officer and fake wife of the new prisoner who is getting alot of info for his new bosses. I'm sure I will warm upto this one eventually.
